Rodriguez opened her restaurant Chucherias Hondureñas seven years ago. She said it's the first to offer both Central American and Latin food in Daytona Beach. Now Rodriguez, dressed in her white chef's tunic and hat, preparing a fusion style food of Central American, Caribbean and Spanish. A savory seafood entree composed of Mussels, Clams, Prawns, and Tilapia Fillet cooked in a delicious Wine and Chimol house sauce. This entree is served with yellow rice and Plantains.
This is a fusion restaurant of Central American, Caribbean and Spanish food so you can get great food here along with all the sides you would want. All the ingredients and entrées are prepared fresh daily. Even the the cheese and sour cream are imported from Honduras to give the entrées the fresh and authentic flavors that one would expect.
